Vacancy: Inside sales representative (business and private)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting both our business and private account managers. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that customers are helped quickly and efficiently.

Job Details:

• Location: Location Zwolle
• Hours: 32 to 40 hours
• Education: MBO/HBO
• Salary: Attractive conditions by mutual agreement

Shift to Solar is a company focused on providing renewable energy solutions. We help both business and residential customers in their transition to renewable energy with innovative products such as solar carports and "hive'n drive" bicycle racks.

What we ask of you:

• Organisation: You like order and structure and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Support: You will support our account managers in their daily work, from preparing quotes to managing customer files.
• Customer service: You speak to customers in a professional and friendly manner and make sure they always get the help they need.
• Administration: You will manage administrative processes and ensure accurate processing of data.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with the whole team to provide the best service to our customers.

Job requirements:

• Training: MBO
• Experience: Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Eager to learn: Willing to learn more about our sustainable products and services.
• Communicative: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-oriented: A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
