These conditions of action apply to Shift to Solar B.V.“s ”Friends for Friends" action.
1. Definitions
Existing customer: an individual who has had an installation completed by Shift to Solar.
New customer: an individual who does not yet have a current quotation or agreement with Shift to Solar at the time of application.
Referral: a new customer supplied by an existing customer via the official referral form.
2. Participation
The promotion is valid for private customers only.
Both the referrer and the new client must be private individuals.
The new customer must not have an existing quote request, current quote or agreement with Shift to Solar.
3. Conditions for payment
The new client must sign a written agreement within 2 months of the referral's registration.
Installation should be complete.
Full payment of the invoice must be received by the new customer.
Only upon receipt of full payment does entitlement to benefits arise.
4. Reimbursement
The new customer will receive €100 discount on the invoice.
The existing customer will receive €100 via bank transfer.
Disbursement will take place within 30 days of full payment by the new customer.
The fee is non-transferable and not redeemable for other services.
5. Restrictions
Maximum of 5 successful referrals per existing customer per calendar year.
Only valid with a minimum offer value of €2,500.
Not valid for business projects, VvEs or commercial applications.
Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
If more than one person presents the same new customer, the first correct registration applies.
6. Other provisions
Shift to Solar reserves the right to:
Reject unjustified or fraudulent applications.
Modify or terminate the action in the interim.
No rights can be derived from this promotion beyond the conditions described here.
